Cleaned Facility Services LLC ("Cleaned Facility Services," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, maintain, disclose, and otherwise process information about you when you visit our website at cleanedservices.com (the "Site"), request a quote, communicate with us, apply for a job, or receive commercial cleaning and facility services from us (collectively, the "Services").
We are a commercial janitorial and facility services company serving businesses, property managers, schools, healthcare facilities, dealerships, and similar organizations. Most of the information we collect is business contact information and facility information provided to us by the people who manage those buildings.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that display their own privacy policy, even if you reach them through a link on our Site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party before providing information to them.
By using the Site or our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.
2. What Information Do We Collect and Why?
"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. Within the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information:

Name, business name, job title, mailing address, service address, email address, telephone number, IP address, and similar identifiers.
To respond to quote requests, schedule walkthroughs, and prepare proposals

Facility and Commercial Information
Building type, square footage, number of restrooms and floors, occupancy, cleaning frequency, current vendor, service history, quotes issued, and contracts.
To scope and price your cleaning program accurately
To schedule crews, supplies, and equipment
To manage the ongoing customer relationship and quality inspections
To improve our services and internal operations
Payment and Billing Information
Billing contact, billing address, purchase order numbers, and payment card or bank account information processed by our payment provider.

Job Applicant Information
Resume, work history, education, references, eligibility to work, and any other information you submit through our careers page or application form.

Sensitive information. We do not seek to collect sensitive Personal Information such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or account credentials through the Site. We may collect certain government identifiers and employment-eligibility information from job applicants and employees where required by law, which is handled under our internal employment policies rather than this Privacy Policy.
3. How Do We Collect This Information?
Directly from you. When you submit a quote request or contact form, call or email us, text us, request a walkthrough or bid, sign a service agreement, pay an invoice, submit a job application, respond to a survey, or leave us a review.
Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect device and usage information. See Section 5.
From third parties. We may receive information from business data providers, commercial property databases, lead-generation and referral partners, marketing and analytics providers, advertising platforms, social media platforms, background-check providers (for applicants), and publicly available sources such as business directories and public property records.
From your organization. If you are an employee, tenant, or contractor of one of our customers, we may receive your contact information from that organization in order to coordinate access, scheduling, or service requests at the facility.
4. How Do We Disclose Your Information?
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We may disclose the categories of Personal Information described in Section 2 to the following categories of recipients:
Service providers and contractors who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, CRM and marketing automation software (including HighLevel, Inc., which operates our email and text-messaging platform), scheduling and quality-inspection software, payment and billing processing, accounting, insurance, IT support, and marketing and advertising services.
Subcontractors and staffing partners who help perform cleaning services at your facility, limited to the information needed to complete the work.
Advertising, analytics, and social media companies that help us measure Site performance and deliver advertising. See Section 5.
Professional advisors such as attorneys, auditors, and consultants, under obligations of confidentiality.
Government entities, law enforcement, or other parties when required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect the safety of any person or property, enforce our agreements, or defend our legal rights.
A successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
Other parties with your consent or at your direction.
We may also disclose de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Text messaging data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The only parties that receive mobile numbers or opt-in records are the vendors that operate our messaging platform on our behalf, including HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) and its underlying telecommunications carriers, and they may use that information only to deliver our messages.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and improve our marketing.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended. Information about controlling cookies is available from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at consumer.ftc.gov.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on page, and referring source. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising
We use advertising technologies, including Google Ads and social media advertising pixels, to show our ads to people who have visited the Site or who resemble our customers, and to measure whether those ads lead to quote requests. These platforms may combine information collected on our Site with information they collect elsewhere. We do not control how third parties use the information they collect.
You can manage interest-based advertising preferences at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and through the privacy or ad settings of your device and the platforms you use.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of targeted advertising on the browser from which the signal is sent.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you service-related messages such as scheduling confirmations, crew arrival notices, quote follow-ups, and invoice reminders, and, where you have separately consented, promotional messages.
How we obtain your consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have given prior express written consent. You may provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, by providing your mobile number on a written or electronic service agreement or estimate that contains a messaging disclosure, or by texting us first. We keep a record of when, where, and how consent was given.
Program terms
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 15.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How your mobile information is handled
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our text messages are sent through HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) and its underlying telecommunications providers, which act as our service providers and process mobile numbers and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf. We retain records of your opt-in and opt-out choices in order to honor your preferences and to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
7. Job Applicants
If you apply for a position with us, we collect the information you submit in your application, along with any information you provide during interviews and, where permitted by law and with any required authorization, information from references and background or driving-record checks.
We use applicant information to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you, verify your eligibility to work, and comply with employment and recordkeeping laws. We may retain applications for future openings unless you ask us not to. Applicant information is disclosed only to those involved in the hiring process and to service providers such as applicant-tracking, payroll, and background-check vendors.
8. Your Choices and Controls
Marketing email. Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email, or contact us using the information in Section 15. We may still send you transactional or service messages related to work at your facility.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us.
Phone calls. Ask us to remove you from our calling list, and we will honor that request.
Cookies and advertising. Use the browser and platform controls described in Section 5.
Updating your information. Contact us to correct or update the contact and billing information we hold for you or your organization.
9. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.
10. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal obligations. Where information is used for more than one purpose, we retain it until the longest applicable period expires. Retention periods vary by record type; for example, contracts, invoices, and tax records are generally kept for at least the period required by law.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Your State Privacy Rights
Cleaned Facility Services LLC is based in South Carolina. South Carolina has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy law. However, residents of certain other states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others — may have rights under their state laws, and we extend the following rights to any individual who asks, to the extent they apply to us:
Right to know or access. Request the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients.
Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information.
Right to delete. Request that we delete Personal Information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must retain for tax, contractual, or legal purposes.
Right to opt out of targeted advertising. Request that we stop sharing your Personal Information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to data portability. Request a copy of certain information in a portable format.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Right to appeal. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision or contacting us using the information in Section 15.
Although we do not sell Personal Information for money, some of the ways we use advertising and analytics technologies may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of anyone under 16 years of age. We do not use Personal Information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
How to submit a request. Contact us using the information in Section 15. To protect your information, we will ask you to provide enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your records. You may use an authorized agent where state law permits, but we may still ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites, platforms, or resources operated by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Site with the Effective Date shown at the top. Material changes will be identified as required by applicable law. By continuing to use the Site or our Services after the Effective Date of a revised Privacy Policy, you acknowledge the updated policy.
